Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience managing a team of professionals
- Strong understanding of the Earned Value System
- Knowledgeable in structural design and configuration management
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with over 8 years of relevant aerospace design experience
- Experience in structural design and configuration management for AMMM products (C-130, C-5, P-3, or S-3) is preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Manager (CAM) is desirable
Responsibilities
- Direct the structural design and system installation for ongoing programs
- Supervise the technical, financial, and scheduling elements of design studies, layouts, and corrective actions
- Lead proposal development and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) coordination to support business initiatives
- Oversee vendor relations and production support to ensure timely delivery and effective contract management
- Facilitate personnel processes including recruitment, performance recognition, and configuration management support
