Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Background as a technical lead for teams engaged in AI and software development.
- Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages (Python, C++, etc.).
- Substantial experience in developing, fine-tuning, or deploying large language models (10 billion parameters).
- Expertise in prompt engineering, including designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for reliability and performance.
- Bachelors degree in a STEM or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
- Advanced research background in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or Image Processing.
- Experience in deploying and hosting AI solutions in a production environment.
