Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with various AI Red Teams to design, architect, and implement adversarial AI tools for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW applications, converting cutting-edge research into functional code.
- Create a modular and scalable red-teaming framework that allows for repeatable, user-driven evaluations.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) along with documentation to assist internal and future third-party users in executing red team activities with limited subject matter knowledge.
- Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source solutions into a unified platform, managing packaging, version control, release, dependencies, and ongoing support.
- Build and uphold CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) featuring automated testing, security checks, and deployments to cloud and containerized/VM-based settings.
- Work with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) stakeholders to manage virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based Linux environments, focusing on configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG adherence, and lifecycle management.
- Implement monitoring (structured logging, metrics, dashboards) using tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring full traceability for debugging, performance evaluation, operational reliability, and audits.
- Develop GPU-optimized software workloads (including NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, and container runtimes) while continuously refining performance and stability.
- Advocate for secure development practices by integrating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software lifecycle.
- Oversee development and deployment efforts across classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) environments to ensure operations are secure and dependable.
