Requirements

Must:
- Proven engineering experience in developing tools, frameworks, and automation linked with GitLab, cloud, DevSecOps, or CI/CD methodologies. - Strong background in containerizing applications (e.g., Docker, Podman) and scaling deployments within Kubernetes/OpenShift environments through infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm). - Capable of producing high-quality documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and API guides. - Experience in developing microservices, preferably using Python. - Familiarity with constructing AI agents utilizing various frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph). - Background in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Understanding of AI security and adversarial machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with multiple AI Red Teams to design, architect, and deploy adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW systems, transforming cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions. - Create a modular and extensible red-teaming framework that facilitates repeatable, user-driven evaluations. - Develop user-facing interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) along with documentation to empower internal and future third-party users in conducting red team operations with minimal expertise. - Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source technologies into a streamlined platform, managing packaging, versioning, releases, dependencies, and ongoing maintenance. - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines (such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) equipped with automated testing, security assessments, and deployment to cloud and containerized/VM environments. - Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) teams on Linux environments, focusing on virtualization, containerization, cloud configurations, orchestration, compliance with DISA STIG, and lifecycle upkeep. - Implement observability features (structured logging, metrics, dashboards) using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, LangFuse, OpenTelemetry, ensuring thorough traceability for debugging and operational reliability. - Develop GPU-enabled software processes (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) while consistently enhancing performance and stability. - Advocate for secure development practices by incorporating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software lifecycle. - Manage development and deployment activities across classified and unclassified environments, assuring secure and reliable operations.
