Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in creating and launching software products for enterprise or commercial use
- Practical engineering skills in developing tools, frameworks, and automation with GitLab, cloud technologies, DevSecOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Strong track record in containerizing applications using Docker or Podman and deploying them in large-scale Kubernetes/OpenShift environments via infrastructure-as-code solutions like Ansible or Helm
- Excellent documentation skills, including writing design specifications, runbooks, and API guides
- Background in developing microservices, preferably using Python
- Knowledge of AI security or adversarial machine learning principles
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with various AI Red Teams to design, create, and implement adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW systems, converting cutting-edge research into production-quality code
- Oversee the design, development, and operational deployment of enterprise-scale evaluation tools, automation solutions, and CI/CD integrations
- Manage a small team, focusing on task assignment, project oversight, and personnel guidance to meet the teams overarching goals
- Develop and construct a modular, extensible red-teaming framework that supports repeatable, user-centric evaluations
- Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) alongside documentation to empower internal and future third-party users to conduct red team activities with minimal expertise
- Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source tools into a unified platform, overseeing packaging, versioning, release processes, dependency management, and ongoing maintenance
- Establish and oversee CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) incorporating automated testing, security audits, and deployment to cloud and containerized/VM environments
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations stakeholders to handle virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based Linux environments, focusing on configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG compliance, and lifecycle upkeep
- Implement observability measures using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, LangFuse, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring thorough traceability for debugging, performance evaluation, operational reliability, and auditing purposes
- Develop software workloads optimized for GPU (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) and continuously enhance both performance and stability
- Advocate for secure development practices by incorporating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software development lifecycle
- Coordinate and manage development and deployment processes across both classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) environments, ensuring secure and reliable operational standards
