Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Proven experience in program management
- Familiarity with proposal development processes
- Professional or academic background in signal processing (preferred)
- Experience with radar programs (preferred)
- Agile management experience (preferred)
- Must possess a Secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities
- Oversee program control, ensuring technical, cost, and scheduling aspects are effectively monitored
- Collaborate with technical leads to establish plans and monitor program execution in a dynamic R&D setting
- Guarantee comprehensive reporting and develop a robust technical understanding of program content
- Act as the primary representative for the portfolio in meetings with stakeholders
- Assess the technical skills and career aspirations of team members to inform staffing decisions
- Manage the capture process for the portfolio, working with the capture team and participating in key meetings
- Ensure high-quality technical writing and integration of work products into proposals
- Support business development initiatives by identifying internal and external opportunities and coordinating efforts to capture IRAD funding
