Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in managing large datasets and implementing machine learning
- Strong expertise in Python and related libraries, such as NumPy and Pandas
- Understanding of MLOps pipelines and contemporary machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
- Motivated, proactive, and organized with a solid work ethic and time management
- Ability to work on-site at major Lockheed Martin locations and fulfill occasional off-hours work to meet mission deadlines
- US citizenship is necessary for this role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain deployed AI functionalities to ensure peak performance
- Innovate new capabilities for enhancing machine learning monitoring and continuous updates for deployed systems
- Assess customer data to inform evaluations and modifications of machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet evolving operational needs
- Work on-site at various Lockheed Martin facilities, including but not limited to Moorestown, Valley Forge, Colorado, and Orlando, with flexible hours available outside of mission demands
