Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with A+ Certification or the ability to obtain it within the initial 3 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- An enthusiasm for challenges and variety.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and take ownership of their technology environment.
- Capacity to operate independently while collaborating with other technical team members as necessary.
- Proficiency in adhering to internal processes, documenting tickets, and tracking time in our PSA daily.
- Commitment to ongoing education, certification, and personal development.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality standards concerning customer information.
- Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
- Valid drivers license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Monitor and optimize computer networks and systems for peak performance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to implement new technology solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and rectify security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Handle customer interactions while addressing trouble tickets both remotely and on-site.
- Manage timekeeping, customer coordination, and service delivery.
