Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Certified scrum master, SAFe certification preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience working as a scrum master or in a comparable position.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban for delivering solutions.
- Leadership and management experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in adhering to agile values and practices.
- Identify and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making sessions.
- Monitor team progress and performance, assisting teams in making enhancements.
- Organize and plan demonstrations and product/system testing.
- Ensure effective collaboration processes and eliminate impediments faced by the scrum team.
- Track project processes, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
