Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, Python)

- Design, build, and sustain two React Native mobile applications from inception—one for customers and one for service providers—on both iOS and Android - Develop and maintain a robust Node.js and Express backend API implementing full authentication, job management, matching, bidding, payments, ratings, and notifications - Architect and oversee a PostgreSQL database schema, including all tables, relationships, indexes, and migrations - Integrate Stripe Connect for facilitating customer payments, escrow holding, marketplace payouts to service providers, instant payouts, and subscription billing - Construct real-time features such as live pro location tracking, live bidding feed, and in-app chat utilizing Socket.io - Incorporate Google Maps API for live map display, real-time routing, ETA calculation, and proximity-based professional matching - Utilize OpenAI GPT-4 Vision API for AI-driven job problem identification, complexity scoring, and pricing estimates from customer images and voice notes - Employ OpenAI Whisper API to transcribe customer voice descriptions into written text - Implement Firebase Cloud Messaging for delivering push notifications to both customers and service providers - Use Twilio for SMS OTP authentication and booking confirmation messages - Integrate Checkr API for automated background checks during service provider onboarding - Establish and administrate AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, and S3 for file and image storage - Create a React.js admin dashboard providing comprehensive visibility into jobs, users, service providers, revenue, disputes, and platform analytics - Develop a dynamic surge pricing mechanism and cohesive platform-wide business logic, encompassing escrow release rules, dispute windows, commission calculations, and loyalty points - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, ensuring proper error management throughout - Take ownership of all technical architecture decisions and infrastructure from the outset - Collaborate closely with the founder to transform product requirements into functional features - Manage submissions and deployments to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store - Quickly identify and address bugs, performance problems, and bottlenecks independently - Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment - Engage in product discussions and contribute innovative ideas regarding features, UX, and technical direction
