Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or as a sales engineer (or comparable role)
- At least 2 years of expertise with Kubernetes or cloud-native platforms
- Familiarity with designing, deploying, and managing AKS, EKS, GKE
- Proficiency in Bash with absolute comfort at the command prompt
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly with Terraform
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Golang
- Understanding of hybrid or multi-cloud architectures
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead certain aspects of external customer interactions to ensure smooth product integration
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to encourage platform adoption and guarantee client satisfaction
- Align strategies and provide comprehensive solutions that address client requirements
- Develop comprehensive knowledge in cloud-native applications, microservices, and contemporary DevOps methodologies
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative and informed guidance to clients
- Engage with technical leaders at client organizations (including CloudOps and Systems teams)
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders
- Provide strategic recommendations to help clients maximize the use of our solutions, enabling them to realize significant value and support long-term advocacy for our platform
- Create high-quality technical documentation, such as solution guides, reusable sample codes, and blog posts to assist clients in navigating technical challenges
