Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related positions; experience in managed service provider (MSP) settings preferred
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven skills in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities with a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Exceptional client service focus with strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Self-driven with excellent time management and the capability to work independently
- Experience in mentoring or training junior technical staff is a plus
- Relevant certifications (AZ-104, M365, CompTIA Network+/Security+) are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems
- Lead and implement system deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Deploy and support security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and endpoint protection
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues through methodical root cause analysis
- Provide guidance to Level 1 technicians for the resolution of complex problems
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through professional, clear, and proactive communication
- Provide technical consulting and hands-on support to business clients, both remotely and on-site
- Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders through dependable service and follow-through
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in ticketing and knowledge base systems
- Develop and enhance technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to prevent future incidents
