Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of IT experience
- Practical experience with EDI applications
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with enterprise-level ERP systems
- Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and warehouse systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A and/or Network certifications preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in both warehouse and office environments
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Help Desk and EDI support to internal users
- Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and handheld scanning devices
- Monitor incoming and outgoing EDI transactions, addressing issues as they arise
- Reconcile EDI transactions with eCommerce portals, VANS, and trading partners
- Set up and assist new EDI trading partners onboarding
- Support server operations and manage network access points and Wi-Fi testing
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, robotics, automation schedules, and warehouse systems
- Document recurring technical problems and suggest improvements for processes
