Customer Success Rep - CRM Experience

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, and online communication - Oversee the customer journey from initial contact to project completion by setting expectations, providing updates, and ensuring follow-through - Coordinate scheduling with technicians, project managers, and dispatch teams to guarantee timely service and job execution - Create and manage service tickets and work orders, ensuring accurate job notes, photos, and documentation are maintained - Proactively follow up on ongoing items including proposals, approvals, repairs, inspections, closeouts, and invoices - Maintain professional communication with property managers, facility teams, and homeowners, minimizing frustration and building trust - Support administrative functions such as customer onboarding, document organization, and internal team coordination - Monitor recurring needs and renewal opportunities, such as monitoring services and preventive maintenance, flagging for the team as needed - Educate customers on system basics, next steps, and service procedures - Maintain organized and accurate CRM/job records while continuously improving processes
