Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, and additional Veeam solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity best practices.
- Experience in virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V, as well as storage technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Office 365.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell and Veeam CLI for managing backups.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness in troubleshooting intricate technical challenges.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Possession of Veeam certifications (such as Veeam Certified Engineer or Veeam Certified Architect) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to implement and optimize Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
- Manage and maintain backup systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Provide support for disaster recovery solutions and strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backup-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop scripts and automate tasks for efficient backup management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and Veeam product developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes.
