Systems Analyst - Oracle, SQL

- At least 12 years of relevant experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Security, Security Architecture, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, and hybrid environments. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the following areas: - Managing end-to-end development of Security and Privacy Plans (SSP) - Familiarity with CMS MARS E v2.2 or similar federal/state security frameworks - Documentation of control implementations - Gathering and validating audit evidence - Creating, tracking, and managing remediations for Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) - At least 8 years of experience in: - Converting technical security issues into compliant remediation strategies - Stakeholder engagement across security, infrastructure, and application teams - Strong written and verbal communication, particularly with executive stakeholders - Knowledge of NIST, NIST RMF, and privacy controls - Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices - Preferred: Minimum of 5 years experience in: - Working in environments with multiple vendors and platforms - Mitigating recurring audit findings and enhancing compliance maturity - Mentoring teams on security governance best practices - Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in supporting HHSC systems, particularly in SSP development and compliance.
