Requirements
Must:
- At least eight (8) years of experience in the following areas:
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) like flows, process builders, and workflows.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, change control, and version management.
- Capability to assess architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the platform.
- Understanding of all technical aspects of a program including classic to Lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, third-party applications, and custom development.
- Experience with implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) for the integration of third-party applications.
- Knowledge of core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
- Integration of Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce.
- Strong judgment skills for planning and achieving goals, with the ability to independently handle complex tasks and potentially lead the work of others, showing creativity and initiative.
- (Preferred) Minimum of four (4) years of experience with DevOps technologies, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools like Flosum and Git.
- (Preferred) Minimum of two (2) years in creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- (Preferred) Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information requirements, consulting with users, and examining system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Prepare and implement solutions by assessing and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Contribute to delivering all project deliverables in alignment with the definition of done for our Agile team. This role requires hands-on Salesforce programming experience; familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies is essential.
- Engage in daily operations which include documenting solutions, conducting analysis, resolving issues, designing and developing applications, communicating with team members, and contributing to solution delivery and other unit operation responsibilities.
- Provide support for applications in various environments, including coding tests, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Be available for on-call support when required.
