Requirements
Must:
- At least five (5) years of experience in:
- Developing and supporting Power Platform applications like Power Automate and Power BI.
- Utilizing Power Automate Flow for process automation.
- Grasping custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration.
- Holding senior-level expertise in SharePoint development and administration, particularly in intranet development.
- Managing a Microsoft SharePoint M365 online environment at a corporate level.
- Administering SharePoint Online, including site creation, permissions, and workflow configuration.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.
- Collecting requirements and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical users.
- Providing support to enterprise users and overseeing content governance.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and boost end-user productivity.
- Transform existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesigning, building, and testing these forms.
- Integrate new and existing Microsoft Forms with Power Automate Flows.
- Create, construct, and evaluate Power Automate Flows to automate repetitive or manual tasks for increased efficiency.
- Implement approval routing, Outlook email notifications, and SharePoint list integration into Power Automate Flows.
- Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including a HUB site that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Migrate content from a Drupal Version (10.6.2 or higher) CMS to SharePoint Online, including PDF documents and Microsoft forms.
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online environments, including the creation and configuration of site collections and management of daily operations.
- Improve existing SharePoint permissions, user groups, and security settings to adhere to best practices.
- Address helpdesk tickets and resolve end-user issues related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Enforce best practices for data integrity, security, and governance to align with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gain insights into business needs, participate in content enhancement meetings, and deliver actionable technical solutions.
- Provide technical and analytical support to developers, team members, and end-users regarding design and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior developers or team members on Power Platform and SharePoint best practices.
- Conduct end-user training and develop thorough documentation and guidelines.
