Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments. - Proven track record of directing data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing projects from inception to completion. - Experience managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics initiatives in intricate enterprise settings. - Familiarity with healthcare data concepts and standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 is advantageous. - Proficient in SQL and database technologies to aid in project planning, estimation, and problem resolution. - Capable of translating complex technical ideas to business and executive audiences. - Skilled in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and intricate project timelines. - Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. - Experience in identifying project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. - Competent in project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet. - Strong documentation skills for project plans, charters, schedules, and lessons learned. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, data systems, or enterprise applications. - Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory. - A minimum of eight years experience in healthcare or regulated environments with knowledge of compliance, security, and data governance concepts is preferred. - PgMP, PMI ACP, SAFe, or similar project management certification is valued. - Experience with information management principles, IT procedures, SDLC, architecture, and enterprise technologies is highly regarded. - Consulting and facilitation skills are a plus. - Excellent customer-focused communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels are desired. - At least three years of experience in supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at the program or project level is preferred. - Relevant certifications in TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, monitoring, status reporting, and implementation of moderate to complex business solutions. - Manage cross-functional coordination, track deliverables, support platform and data engineering initiatives, and ensure alignment between business, engineering, and AI stakeholders. - Maintain familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML adoption efforts which is highly desirable. - Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in all interactions.
