Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Over 5 years of experience as a configuration analyst within SAP environments
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP S/4 HANA environments with proven expertise in at least one major SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, GTS)
- Demonstrated experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions for complex business scenarios
- Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA integration, data migration, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of business process mapping, requirements gathering techniques, and testing best practices
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10-15%
- Self-driven with an ability to establish and pursue ambitious personal goals
- Preferred: Experience with the SAP GTS e4H module for export declarations and SPL screening
- Preferred: Ability to manage multiple SAP modules (particularly PM) and interact with third-party applications
- Preferred: Background in change management and encouraging user adoption
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and discussions for business process analysis to gather requirements and highlight improvement areas
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions tailored to meet complex business needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by translating business needs into technical requirements and maintaining alignment throughout projects
- Manage and contribute to various SAP project initiatives, including upgrades, rollouts, and module implementations
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and oversee progress for timely project delivery
- Create test strategies, scripts, and scenarios; lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards pre-deployment
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, configuration guides, and user manuals
- Deliver training sessions to business users to promote adoption and maximize value from the solutions
- Monitor system performance and solicit user feedback to identify ongoing improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards while participating in audits to mitigate risks
