Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- I have 5-10 years of experience with manufacturing equipment, concentrating on maintenance and reliability.
- I have experience working in industrial settings.
- I am familiar with predictive maintenance technologies and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- I possess proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies.
- I have strong data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or statistical software.
- I can interpret failure data and derive actionable insights.
- I am skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
- I can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- I have experience in planning and executing reliability improvement initiatives.
- I exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- I have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- I can collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
- I am capable of presenting technical findings and suggestions to leadership.
Responsibilities
- I support maintenance efforts on complex repair challenges.
- I provide documentation and training to improve workforce skills.
- I explore alternatives for costly wear items and repair parts, including substitutions, new materials, and methods.
- I conduct root cause analyses on recurring equipment failures and execute corrective actions.
- I implement and support predictive technologies to minimize unplanned downtime, along with relevant procedures and documentation.
- I develop and refine preventative maintenance programs, ensuring that appropriate tasks and frequencies are recorded and adhered to.
- I assist engineering with modifications to equipment, new designs, and justifications for capital projects.
- I advocate for and inform others about the advantages of predictive maintenance across multiple technical and operational departments.
