Requirements
Must:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams
- Proficient analytical skills to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Extensive customer service experience, prioritizing client satisfaction and support
- Proven problem-solving abilities to address issues creatively
- High adaptability to meet changing customer demands and industry trends
- Senior-level project management experience
- Preference for a technical Project Manager with a holistic view of data projects
- Background in Business Process Modeling
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cloud environments
- Familiarity with Databricks and knowledge in Microsoft Visio and Access is a plus
- Ability to create and execute SQL or Python queries
- Bachelors degree in business, accounting, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst

- Create and deliver monthly performance reports for the business

- Present ideas and perspectives to senior management
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Oversee the design of new products and assess market performance
