Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills to articulate new technologies and their implications on security and user experiences to management
- IAT Level II Certification is mandatory prior to starting
- IAT Level III Certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment
- Ability to pass a background check to acquire NACLC Public Trust clearance
- NACLC and DHA CAC are required to start
Responsibilities
- Focus on the SAS cloud model and integrate non-traditional government IT practices
- Engineer and develop solutions, concepts, and workflows in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Design and implement an ICAM transitioning from a perimeter-based to an identity-centric structure
- Build and innovate on Zero Trust principles considering data, identity, and devices
- Create, develop, and execute identity and access management solutions
- Integrate identity management systems with enterprise applications and services
- Implement and oversee single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
- Author documentation using enterprise-standard templates, including installation guides and risk assessment documentation
- Analyze and interpret security documentation, applying best practices in build scripts and design documents
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues related to Active Directory Services
- Convey advanced concepts on Active Directory, authorization, identity, and access controls to leadership
- Design enterprise-level Active Directory configurations
