Requirements
Must:
- 3-6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or system administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory and identity management solutions
- Understanding of Department of Defense security protocols and access controls
- Knowledge of privileged access management techniques
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+)
- Preferred certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
- Possession of Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Eligibility for Counterintelligence Polygraph examination
Responsibilities
- Oversee user provisioning and access management
- Implement and enforce identity and access management policies
- Monitor system access and review audit logs
- Provide support for authentication systems and secure access solutions
- Ensure adherence to Department of Defense security frameworks
- Resolve access and authentication related issues
