Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a managed services or help desk setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and common networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).
- A solid understanding of business technology environments and device configurations.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record (a company vehicle will be provided for travel).
- Capability to lift and transport computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated tickets from Tier I technicians through effective troubleshooting.
- Conduct onsite visits for hardware deployment, addressing networking issues, and providing user support.
- Install, configure, and support workstations, servers, and related equipment.
- Assist in network setups, cabling, and hardware installations.
- Keep accurate documentation of all work performed in our ticketing system and effectively communicate updates to clients.
