Requirements
Must:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a managed services or help desk setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and standard networking technologies (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Solid understanding of business technology infrastructures and device setups
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service abilities
- Valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record (company vehicle available for travel)
- Capability to lift and transport computer equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues from Tier I support technicians
- Conduct onsite visits for hardware installation, networking challenges, and user assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and associated hardware
- Provide aid in network configurations, cabling, and hardware setups
- Accurately document all tasks completed in our ticketing system and effectively relay updates to clients
