Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent foreign degree
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in semiconductor technologies
- At least eight (8) years of experience in ASIC, SoC, packaging, testing, system/server, or validation
- Five (5) years of experience using JIRA for bug tracking
- Five (5) years of experience with Python scripting for test content troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to other Lightmatter offices and laboratories within the U.S.
- Ability to telecommute two days per week
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and drive quality initiatives throughout the silicon design and deployment stages
- Organize and manage planning, scheduling, and daily execution to support Lightmatters silicon, package, and systems development
- Clearly communicate program information, including plans, key dates, and status updates, to facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with program leads and engineering teams to estimate and prioritize tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs within a feasible delivery timeline
- Identify potential program risks and issues, communicating them effectively to stakeholders
- Provide hands-on coordination across functions and maintain strong internal and external communications for successful program results
- Execute system builds to validate post-silicon chips and overall systems
- Undertake additional tasks related to the Technical Program Managers area of expertise as needed
