Requirements
Must:
- 1–3+ years of relevant IT support experience (experience in an MSP is preferred)
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows desktop systems
- Familiar with administering Microsoft 365 platforms
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with HP commercial hardware is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and manage assigned tasks
Responsibilities
- Oversee Microsoft 365 and cloud management interfaces
- Handle user provisioning, licensing, and permissions management
- Assist with Azure / Entra ID administration tasks
- Monitor endpoint security and backup systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Troubleshoot and repair HP business-class PCs
- Deploy and image new workstation systems
- Perform hardware diagnostics and tune performance
- Manage the lifecycle of client devices
- Troubleshoot and install HP printers
- Configure and deploy network settings
- Provide ongoing maintenance and address issues
- Respond promptly and clearly to helpdesk tickets
- Diagnose problems in Windows 10/11 environments
- Identify network connectivity and infrastructure challenges
- Offer onsite support as necessary
