Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Technician, I will expect you to: - Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients - Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from those seeking technical assistance, offering direct help or collaborating with our team to address issues effectively - Execute basic troubleshooting for technical problems our clients encounter and escalate concerns to teammates when necessary - Process change requests from our clients in accordance with our established procedures - Travel to primarily local client offices to provide on-site support when required - Utilize our ticketing system to address client queries, document your efforts, and achieve performance targets, including productivity and client satisfaction - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat applications - Update and maintain client documentation for the benefit of both our clients and team

Our responsibilities include planning IT budgets, implementing new technology for our clients' benefit, monitoring and maintaining their systems to ensure reliability, and assisting our clients in effectively using the technology that supports their operations. Technical Requirements: - Ability to identify and describe basic computer components - Skill in providing verbal instructions to help non-technical individuals navigate Microsoft Windows - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and commonly utilized PC applications - Strong oral and written communication abilities - Typing speed of 30+ words per minute Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental insurance - Employee assistance program - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Application Questions: - What interests you about this position? - How does your technical experience apply to this role?
