Technical Product Manager - AI & Data

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lightcast data products, platform integrations, and client needs, acting as an expert on data consumption and sharing. - Own and manage the backlog by converting product manager requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the engineering team can work efficiently and meet roadmap commitments. - Operate and enhance data listings and entitlements across Snowflake Secure Shares/Marketplace, Databricks Delta Sharing/Marketplace, BigQuery Analytics Hub, and S3 delivery methods, ensuring datasets are published within set SLAs. - Establish and enforce data contracts, including schemas, versioning, and deprecation strategies, to prevent breaking changes and provide clear migration instructions. - Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Governance teams to incorporate compliance measures regarding PII handling, access control, data lineage, and auditability, ensuring all shares are secure and auditable. - Oversee product launches by managing changelogs, migration notes, documentation, and internal training, while also handling incident triage and root cause analyses for the data shares area. - Assess and monitor data quality by establishing benchmarks for freshness, null values, and duplicates, ensuring high standards for customer reliability and trust. - Foster platform growth by increasing listings, active users, and supported platforms each quarter, demonstrating measurable advancements in adoption and usage.
