Requirements
Must:
- Extensive technical expertise in enterprise technologies like WAN, Wi-Fi, end-user computing, Microsoft environments, data centers, and cloud solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IT general controls and cybersecurity protocols.
- Mastery of IT operational best practices including Help Desk operations, monitoring, patching, and backups.
- Over 5 years of leadership experience in IT, encompassing hiring, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a proven track record in collaboration and influence at both executive and operational tiers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Dedicated to ongoing professional growth and advancement in executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily IT operations to ensure network reliability, infrastructure performance, and effective end-user support.
- Guide, mentor, and develop IT team members, focusing on performance reviews, recruitment, and staff development.
- Enhance IT operational procedures, including help desk efficiency, patch management, backups, monitoring, and system upkeep.
- Assist with IT budget oversight, procurement, and resource distribution.
- Fortify IT and cybersecurity protocols throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with executive management to promote ongoing infrastructure modernization and process enhancements.
- Drive IT operational excellence while ensuring compliance within a highly regulated human services sector.
- Prepare for elevated responsibilities in strategic IT planning, capital budgeting, enterprise application management, and information security oversight.
