Requirements

Must:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field required - 1–5 years of experience in technical support within a corporate or secure environment - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel to various agency locations - Proficient understanding of Windows-based systems, including the configuration and support of PCs and laptops - Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and endpoint encryption - Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) - Understanding of networked devices, including printers and scanners - Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems is preferred - Relevant certifications such as A+, Security+, or others are advantageous - Strong communication skills along with exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities - Capable of working autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment

Responsibilities

- Act as the initial point of contact for Help Desk inquiries via calls and emails, providing prompt technical support - Diagnose and rectify issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other networked devices - Escalate complicated technical challenges to the IT Supervisor when necessary - Collaborate on IT projects by monitoring tasks, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing assigned initiatives - Offer assistance to staff regarding technology inquiries while actively identifying potential project risks - Manage IT equipment orders and maintain precise inventory and asset documentation - Assess vendor invoices for correctness and support contract management and renewals - Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient purchasing and billing operations - Remain informed about IT systems, tools, and cybersecurity best practices through consistent training
