Requirements
Must:
- College diploma or university degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, and VPNs
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365, and NAS devices
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash, as well as backup technologies
- Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle for on-site assignments
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Network+, A+, or vendor-specific hardware credentials are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and maintenance for servers, NAS devices, and networking equipment
- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, secure Wi-Fi, VPNs, and routing
- Install, configure, and maintain VOIP solutions to guarantee reliable communication services
- Implement and monitor backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and readiness for disaster recovery
- Support complex workstation setups, including Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Carry out hardware installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance at client sites
- Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and user accounts
- Maintain accurate configuration records and asset tracking
- Deliver exceptional service within SLAs, engaging effectively with clients and advocating for their needs
