Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in full stack development with VB.NET and WinForms
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and C# development
- Familiarity with Blazor is a plus
- Expertise in SQL Server and database optimization techniques
- Strong grasp of secure coding principles, encryption, and authentication methods
- Excellent communication abilities and leadership qualities
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of secure and scalable desktop and web applications using VB.NET, WinForms, and ASP.NET Core/C#
- Mentor junior developers and cultivate a culture of quality and ongoing improvement
- Partner with product managers, designers, and InfoSec teams to deliver inventive and compliant solutions
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including SAST/SCA tools, and uphold secure coding standards
- Contribute to system architecture, conduct code reviews, and engage in testing and documentation
- Remain current with emerging technologies and security best practices
