Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years in connectivity/integration support, technical operations, or healthcare data operations.
- Practical experience with SFTP, APIs (REST/JSON), and log analysis.
- Familiarity with healthcare data flows (eRx, EPCS, SPIs/NPIs, NCPDP standards) and vendor networks (e.g., Surescripts).
- Understanding of A2P 10DLC/Twilio registration, campaign compliance, and messaging deliverability.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, accompanied by clear documentation and communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as SMMS, Excel/CSV validation, and ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk).
- Experience working directly with IQVIA data products or similar healthcare data aggregators is an advantage.
- Background in pharmacy software/platforms, with awareness of drug reporting requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR, NCPDP SCRIPT, or other healthcare data standards.
- Basic scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation and data verification.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve IQVIA data and connectivity challenges.
- Collaborate with IQVIA support for escalations, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Uphold state regulations by managing and distributing Schedule Drug Reporting Guides for all states.
- Regularly update Libertys schedule drug reporting templates in accordance with state directives.
- Inform relevant Liberty teams of updates to ensure pharmacies transition to new formats smoothly.
- Address and rectify schedule drug reporting complications.
- Submit and monitor Surescripts cases related to network provisioning, routing/NPI issues, and EPCS/eRx connectivity.
- Resolve issues pertaining to Surescripts and respond to inquiries initiated by their support team.
- Set up, supervise, and troubleshoot both internal and external data feeds.
- Collaborate with the development and infrastructure teams for enhancements and technical issues.
- Manage A2P 10DLC brand, campaign registrations, and use-case approvals with Twilio.
- Address tickets related to Twilio messaging issues triggered by pharmacy software.
- Diagnose and resolve syncing issues with RXQOne.
- Partner with DevOps/Engineering teams on logs, metrics, and hotfixes; ensure stability after fixes.
- Actively spot patterns and implement long-term corrective measures.
