Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop/Server/M365/Azure): minimum of 3 years
- Expertise in the M365 ecosystem, especially Intune, Entra, Conditional Access, and MDM
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience, including 2 years as Tier 2 or an Escalation Technician
- Experience working in a Law Firm or Legal IT environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in Active Directory/Microsoft Entra and Group Policy
- Skilled in Intune Administration
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Conditional Access Policies
- Experience implementing Microsoft IT solutions in production setups
- Comfortable working with iOS and Android mobile devices
- Security-focused mindset
- Familiarity with Veeam and Azure Backup Solutions
- Extensive hands-on experience with deploying and maintaining Microsoft Servers
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services
- Experience with server virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware)
- In-depth technical knowledge of networking, wireless, peripherals, and mobile device backup solutions
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with Powershell/Scripting and Mac OS
- Familiarity with tools like Autotask, Datto RMM, Worldox, NetDocuments, Clio, Timeslips, Mimecast, Huntress, Cisco Umbrella
- Current Microsoft MS-900, AZ-900, AZ-104 or a higher certification required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation necessary
- Bachelors Degree or higher preferred (Computer Science degree a plus)
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level onsite and remote support for client technical issues
- Plan and execute Active Directory/Group Policy Migrations to Entra/Intune/Autopilot
- Collaborate on planning, designing, deploying, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft technology solutions for clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges
- Deliver support through remote sessions, phone calls, and onsite visits as necessary
- Exhibit self-motivation, detail orientation, and organizational skills while working directly with clients
- Offer technical assistance for both cloud-based and on-premises environments
- Troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems as needed
- Install software, patches, upgrades, and hardware updates
- Assess and evaluate IT vendor products and documentation for improvements and updates
- Provide comprehensive support for Office365
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
