Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop/Server/M365/Azure).
- At least 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Tier 1 or Escalation Technician.
- IT security-first mindset.
- Practical familiarity with the M365 Admin Portal.
- Proficient in both iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Understanding of networking, wireless solutions, peripherals, and backup systems.
- Experience with SonicWall firewalls.
- Knowledge of Meraki Wi-Fi devices.
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services.
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V and VMWare.
- Strong emphasis on daily timekeeping and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
- Additional knowledge of systems/software such as Autotask, Worldox, Timeslips, Mimecast, Huntress, Cisco Umbrella, and Powershell/Scripting is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and access to a car are required.
- Bachelors Degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science.
- Current M365 or Azure certifications (like MS-900 or AZ-900) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote, telephone, and on-site support to clients, escalating issues as necessary for cloud-based and on-premise environments.
- Maintain and support various Microsoft technology solutions, including M365.
- Install software, patches, upgrades, and hardware modifications as required.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain daily timekeeping and accurate documentation of tasks.
