Requirements

Must:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, automation engineering, or similar fields - Extensive familiarity with AI/ML frameworks across cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP - Proven ability to implement AI/ML solutions in production environments, particularly focused on AIOps and automation - Expertise in designing solutions for customer engagements, especially in EHR and healthcare integration - Solid programming skills in Java, along with experience in scripting languages such as Python or Shell - In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and Kubernetes for scalable, cloud-native applications - Strong understanding of database query languages like SQL with experience in secure healthcare data management - Proficient in data standards and APIs, including XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HL7/FHIR standards - Capable of assessing risks in EHR integrations and developing effective resolutions tailored for healthcare workflows - Comprehensive knowledge of integration processes associated with EHR systems, including SaaS and third-party integrations - Ability to develop and automate standard operating procedures for EHR integrations to enhance operational efficiency - Experience in customer support, providing implementation guidance, and assisting with EHR solution deployments - Commitment to building and maintaining a robust knowledge base for EHR services and troubleshooting techniques - Familiarity with global Agile development practices to boost productivity and product delivery efficiency - Dedication to continuous learning of new technologies and best practices in healthcare IT - Skills in software development, including design and debugging of applications, ensuring top-quality standards
