Responsibilities
- Lead and advance the product management function
- Guide cross-functional teams through agile development practices like sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify client needs for product enhancements
- Collaborate strategically with key senior stakeholders to understand their priorities
- Propose product requirements and definitions that align with stakeholder needs
- Work with the software engineering team to brainstorm feature ideas and prototypes
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders regarding the portfolio throughout its lifecycle
- Monitor and report essential metrics to influence future product evolution
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing materials
- Exhibit expertise in process improvement and project management, especially in large-scale project implementation
