Requirements

Must:
- Over 7 years of professional experience in product management or clinical informatics - At least 3 years of experience in developing products or workflows related to pharmacy or medication management - Knowledge of medication order entry, verification, dispensing, and administration in acute and ambulatory care settings - Experience with EHR systems such as Oracle Cerner Millennium, Epic, or Meditech - Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, clinical decision support, and medication safety best practices - Understanding of data analytics and AI/ML-enabled decision support, as well as healthcare interoperability standards like NCPDP, HL7, FHIR - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in medication management and healthcare IT - Preferred: Licensed pharmacist, nurse, or clinician with product management or informatics experience - Preferred: Experience with AI/ML-driven healthcare products or automation in pharmacy workflows - Preferred: Proven success in developing large-scale healthcare platforms in regulated environments, both in the US and internationally - Preferred: Bachelors degree in informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related healthcare discipline

Responsibilities

- Craft and maintain a comprehensive product strategy focused on enhancing pharmacy and medication management processes with intelligent, data-driven solutions - Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that guide engineering, design, and leadership decisions, ensuring cohesive product execution across teams - Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to implement AI, predictive models, and data insights to improve safety, efficiency, and financial performance - Work alongside clinical, engineering, and UX teams to convert intricate medication workflows into user-friendly, scalable product designs - Partner with pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers to discover opportunities for simplifying and automating workflows throughout the medication process - Ensure product design adheres to medication safety standards, privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements across both U.S. and international markets - Assist in go-to-market planning, documentation, and post-release feedback to facilitate successful adoption and deliver measurable customer value - Keep abreast of advancements in AI, automation, and medication management practices to foster innovation and maintain competitive edge
