Product Manager - Consumer Group Platform

- Develop a platform product strategy in collaboration with product development, design, and architecture teams, while considering customer needs and business objectives - Create both short-term and long-term platform vision and roadmap, working alongside Architecture, product development, and customer product managers - Oversee the product management process, including backlog grooming and feature prioritization, in partnership with engineering and architecture teams - Manage requests and timelines for dependencies both upstream and downstream - Draft product requirements documentation based on strategy, dependencies, long-term vision, and customer needs, and collaborate with architecture and product development teams for review - Enhance the technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components - Coordinate communication with the program management team - Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable solutions for easy integration and deployment by Intuits customer-facing teams - Utilize a data-driven approach to define success metrics and communicate plans, progress, and achievements - Conduct data experiments to positively impact business outcomes - Work alongside program management to refine project execution and delivery, managing dependencies and plans across various services and teams - Engage with end-users to identify their challenges and gather insights on addressing key customer issues effectively - Represent the team in presentations, meetings, and events involving customers and partners, both internally and externally.
