Requirements
Must:
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and swiftly establish clear goals, product strategies, and execution milestones that yield results.
- Strong product execution capabilities, with experience in dashboarding, statistical analysis, and A/B testing.
- Exceptional capacity to work independently and lead intricate, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives with both strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Demonstrable experience in launching AI-enhanced or AI-native products, including work samples like demo links and prototypes.
- Over 6 years of product management experience with a record of significant impact.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise products is desirable.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech is a plus.
- Basic understanding of crypto fundamentals and finance, covering areas such as exchanges and investment vehicles.
- Familiarity with topics like transaction monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, KYC, and AML is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Establish a clear product vision, goals, strategy, and execution roadmap for Compliance Automation within targeted business processes.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with PM, engineering, design, and research teams across cross-functional organizations to swiftly develop and deliver impactful AI-powered features and products.
- Define and assess key metrics to appraise impact, concentrating on direct customer value and minimizing operational friction.
- Drive alignment and maintain transparency regarding your roadmap and progress for leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
