Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in network operations and maintenance, particularly with medium to large-scale networks (200+ terminals).
- Expertise in data center and network planning, implementation, and oversight management.
- Proficient in independently installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network equipment from leading vendors like Ruijie, Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme.
- Strong command of mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese and English.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, able to collaborate effectively with various business units to advance projects.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and addressing problems and proposing effective solutions in complex situations.
- High sense of responsibility, conscientious, and able to manage work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented service mindset, focused on understanding and meeting business needs while effectively resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction, maintenance, and optimization of our logistics parks business network, ensuring its stability and security while implementing timely risk mitigation and emergency protocols.
- Deploy network equipment and projects to facilitate seamless business operations, while also maintaining daily office and operational equipment (e.g., computer terminals, printers, PDAs) to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Work alongside business departments to provide hands-on maintenance support and manage network assets, with a willingness to travel short distances as necessary to aid local business activities.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with a strong sense of duty, demonstrating excellent learning aptitude, problem-solving capabilities, and collaborative spirit with teammates.
