Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering AI-enabled products - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field - Preferred: 8+ years of software Product Management experience focusing on data-driven or AI solutions - Preferred: 2 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based, or RAG-driven applications - In-depth knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI technologies like Google Gemini, GPT, Anthropic Claude, and others - Experience in deploying AI agents for product operations, customer engagement, and decision automation is advantageous - Proven experience in end-to-end digital transformation or product delivery in a global setting - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts into business value and compelling outcomes - Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including business stakeholders and executives - Skill in making data-informed decisions to accelerate prototyping - Familiarity with tools/frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ServiceNow - Proficient in Product Management and collaboration platforms like Figma, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint - Cultural competency in working across various global contexts with clarity and tact - Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2 are a plus - Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus
