Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial or industrial projects
- 5 years of experience in a Project Director role
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
- Experience managing projects worth over $250M
- Background in design-build projects
- Proficiency in budget management and value engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of design disciplines, specifications, and drawings
- Expertise in planning and scheduling with Primavera P6
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE)
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore)
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
- Strong professionalism and work ethic
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and ethical standards
- Support Business Development by developing proposal strategies and executing plans
- Oversee budget and schedule development, manage performance, and report progress
- Resolve project issues and ensure smooth turnover to customers
- Manage teams of senior project managers, project managers, and support staff
- Ensure projects meet technical and contractual requirements while delivering value to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on risks and general management
- Monitor all contractual commitments and enhance the change management control system
- Conduct project status meetings and facilitate problem resolution
- Foster continuous improvement and team collaboration across projects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
