General Superintendent - Data Center

- Promote compliance with Company and safety policies and procedures - Execute all duties of a Level I and II Superintendent, as well as Level III responsibilities - Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate subcontractors and field personnel - Oversee and manage construction activities - Act as a mentor and trainer for Level I and Level II Superintendents when necessary - Fulfill supervisory roles in alignment with company policies and relevant laws - Negotiate Change Orders effectively - Ensure materials are properly ordered and inspections scheduled as needed - Maintain and update the construction schedule; address and resolve issues - Organize the job site, including the construction office - Utilize schedules to track time and output in satisfaction of requirements - Keep well-organized, systematic records - Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and stored methodically as per project guidelines - Explore opportunities to enhance productivity analysis from the Project Manager - Communicate effectively with larger employee groups, stakeholders, and engineers in both oral and written forms - Uphold and enforce discipline throughout the worksite - Maintain a professional appearance and foster positive relations with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members - Interview, hire, and train direct reports; plan, assign, and direct work; assess performance, and address grievances - Required to travel to various job sites at short notice - Undertake additional duties as assigned
