Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school with a minimum of 12 years of experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
- I have 5 or more years of experience in systems engineering in aerospace or defense programs.
- I possess 5 or more years of engineering technical leadership experience.
- As a self-starter, I demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
- I have significant experience working with interdisciplinary teams to solve challenging technical problems.
- I maintain a strong technical background in large integrated products.
- I have a solid background working directly with customers and suppliers to define and track engineering requirements.
- My communication and teamwork abilities are excellent.
- I am proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- I am able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- I serve as a Systems Engineering Lead with duties that span support of hardware, software, test equipment, and manufacturing activities, while collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- I am responsible for managing the current and future technical configurations of the HGB, which includes coordination with the program design agent and managing inputs into technical data packages.
- I ensure efficient transitions from design to production, coordinate test objectives, and allocate appropriate hardware.
- I understand and develop configurations to meet dynamic requirements and work with manufacturing to formulate plans that align with the evolving needs of our customers.
