Sr. Software Engineer - Annapolis Junction

- I must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 12-15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may substitute for a degree. - I need to have demonstrated experience with Java. - I should have experience or familiarity with multiple Java frameworks including Spring (Boot and Data), Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) components (like JPA, EJB, JTA, Servlet), Jackson, Jersey, Swing, JavaFX. - I must have experience or familiarity with additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C/C++, Groovy, and SQL. - I should be experienced with development integrated environments (IDEs) like Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Rhapsody, or WebStorm. - I need to have experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server. - I must have experience in developing Web Application User Interfaces and knowledge of databases and structures, Spring Framework, and/or experience with AngularJS, JSON, HTML, XML, XSLT. - I should be knowledgeable in software source control and configuration management tools. - I need to have experience with technologies underlining cryptographic systems, including symmetric and asymmetric cryptography. - I must possess experience in developing on Windows and/or Linux operating systems. - I should have documented professional experience with web services. - A strong understanding of sound software development principles and practices is essential. - I need to be able to plan and prioritize my tasks and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - I must be an independent thinker, capable of performing high-quality work, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
