Must:
I am looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or two (2) or more years of experience directly supporting NATSC configuration management activities, or a Master's degree with less than two (2) years of relevant experience. The candidate must be able to obtain and retain a US DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. Prior experience using computer/network-based documentation systems is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for processing transactions in CMPro for handling all trouble reports, change requests, and associated quality documentation. You will analyze and evaluate configuration management issues related to maintaining and controlling all technical documentation, including assessing the impact of changes. Additionally, you will make recommendations for updates to technical documentation based on proposed changes, identify issues created by documentation changes, and suggest corrective actions. You will conduct audits of NATSC technical documentation and in-process Work Packages, ensuring that all available documentation is current. Periodic audits of the technical documentation in CMPro will be part of your role, as well as research in other Government databases to ensure compliance and propose corrective actions.

The Leidos National Security Sector has an opening for a Senior Configuration Analyst to support the Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC) located at the Navy Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island. This position involves conducting configuration management in accordance with the applicable PEO SUB PMS4011/4013 Configuration Control Manual. The successful candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of the NATSC Towed Array Depot’s technical documentation. Preferred qualifications include prior work experience at the NATSC towed array depot facility, familiarity with Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport and DoD data systems security and information assurance policies, and experience using CMPro Document Control Software. An active US DoD security clearance at the SECRET level is preferred. Pay range for this position is $55,250.00 - $99,875.00. This pay range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity will be considered in extending an offer.
