Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Software Technical Manager or Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies effectively
- Experience with software sustainability and lifecycle management (SLOC)
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting engineering tasks, including risk management
- Capability to lead productivity enhancements
- Experience in facilitating planning sessions, peer reviews, and direct customer interactions
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with air traffic management systems and programs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely project deliveries
- Identify and help resolve cross-team dependencies efficiently
- Monitor and manage SLOC growth proactively
- Drive productivity improvements within the team
- Generate detailed reports for stakeholders regarding software engineering status
- Oversee schedules, risks, opportunities, defects, and change requests
- Conduct planning meetings and peer reviews to align with software objectives
- Engage with clients in customer-facing sessions to ensure alignment with project schedules
